22nd July 2007 - The performance on Monday 30th July of Peter Maxwell Davies' opera The Lighthouse at the 32nd Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte in Montepulciano will be broadcast live by RAI Radio 3. Paul Carey Jones will be singing the role of Blazes, with tenor Sean Clayton as Sandy and bass Andrew Slater as Arthur. Paul MacAlinidin will conduct the Young Janacek Philharmonic Orchestra in this production at the Teatro Polizanio in Montepulciano, directed by Andrew Steggall.
