7th November 2004 - It was confirmed today that Paul Carey Jones will sing the roles of Schmidt and Maestro di Casa in Scottish Opera's concert performances of Giordano's masterpiece Andrea Chenier in Glasgow and Edinburgh next March, with the Orchestra of Scottish Opera under the baton of the company's musical director, Sir Richard Armstrong. PCJ is currently covering the role of Cesare Angelotti in Scottish Opera's classic production of Tosca, with performances throughout November and December.
