31st July - Paul Carey Jones had the great pleasure of returning to his alma mater, The Queen's College, Oxford to receive his Master of Arts in Physics - a noble tradition at the University whereby graduates are awarded the degree seven years or more after matriculating. While he admitted that his contribution to the sum total of human knowledge in that field in the meantime had been 'less than negligible', he was delighted to participate in the ceremony, where he was joined by two of his fellow former Queen's physicists, Daniel O'Riordan and David Moorcroft, as well as family and friends.
